By using SwiftDine you agree to these terms. SwiftDine is provided to restaurant businesses on a subscription basis; the specifics of your plan are set out at sign-up.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the content and data you add.

The Interactive Demo

The public demo is a simulation for evaluation only. It uses fictional data, runs entirely in your browser, and does not represent any real restaurant or customer.

Billing

Subscriptions and any add-ons are billed per the plan you select. Fees are described transparently before purchase.
